About Automatic Renewal: This agreement explains how Ryvlo subscription automatic renewal works, including billing cycles, payment terms, and cancellation procedures.
The automatic renewal service refers to the service launched on the premise that the member has activated the Ryvlo membership service, in order to avoid the member's failure to renew the fee in time due to negligence or other reasons due to the member's demand for automatic renewal.
If a member chooses to activate the automatic renewal service, that is, the member authorizes Ryvlo to entrust the payment channel to pay from your own recharge account or a bound third party when the membership service period is about to expire or the subscription period of the membership service is about to expire.
The fees for the next billing cycle will be deducted from the balance of accounts, bank cards, communication accounts, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "accounts"). The premise of this service is that you have activated automatic renewal and bound the relevant account, and can successfully deduct the full amount from the above account.
Such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, etc. (subject to the details provided by Ryvlo), members can choose by themselves. After purchasing the automatic renewal service, the iTunes account will be automatically deducted and the membership validity period corresponding to the billing cycle will be extended within one day of each billing cycle.

If a member chooses to activate automatic renewal, it is deemed to have agreed to authorize Ryvlo to issue a deduction instruction according to the deduction rules of the payment channel when the membership service period is about to expire, and agree that the payment channel can follow the deduction instruction issued by Ryvlo. The fee for the next billing cycle will be deducted from the account without verifying the member account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information.
Unless the member voluntarily and explicitly cancels the automatic renewal, the member's automatic debit entrustment to Ryvlo is valid for a long time and is not limited by the number of times.
Since the automatic renewal service requires you to take the initiative to cancel, if you do not take the initiative to explicitly cancel the automatic renewal, it will be deemed that you agree that Ryvlo can carry out the payment within a certain period after the expiration of the membership service period according to the deduction rules of the payment channel. Debit attempts from time to time (even if you have insufficient funds in your account).
Once the deduction is successful, Ryvlo will activate the Ryvlo membership service corresponding to this billing cycle for you; Ryvlo hereby reminds you that the amount of the Ryvlo membership service fee corresponding to this billing cycle you paid is based on your automatic renewal price agreed with Ryvlo. However, in the event of activities on the platform or other circumstances that Ryvlo has agreed with you, the aforementioned amount shall be subject to the relevant agreement between Ryvlo and you. At the same time, after the automatic renewal service is cancelled, if the automatic renewal service is activated again, the amount of the Ryvlo membership service fee you pay for this billing cycle is based on the automatic renewal price agreed with Ryvlo when it is activated again.
Important: You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

You acknowledge and agree that there may be a delay in the automatic renewal status update, which is subject to your renewal status displayed in the Ryvlo app. And before you successfully cancel, the deduction instruction that you have entrusted Ryvlo to renew automatically is still valid, and Ryvlo will not refund or compensate for the fee that has been deducted before the cancellation operation is completed based on this instruction.

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Free trials are only available to new subscribers and cannot be combined with other offers.
Ryvlo reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. The new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Ryvlo does not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the methods described in Section 4. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate our User Agreement or engage in fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to premium features, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. We may suspend or discontinue features at any time without liability.
We may update this Membership Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

This Membership Agreement is governed by the same laws that govern our User Agreement and is subject to the same dispute resolution procedures.
By subscribing to Ryvlo premium membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Membership Agreement.
Remember: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to premium features until then.
