How to Contact Support
When reaching out to our support team, please include the following information to help us assist you more efficiently:
- Your device model (e.g., iPhone 14 Pro, iPad Air)
- iOS version (e.g., iOS 17.4)
- Ryvlo app version (found in Settings → About)
- Detailed description of the issue you're experiencing
- Steps to reproduce the problem (if applicable)
- Screenshots or screen recordings (if relevant)
Common Issues & Solutions
App Crashes or Freezes
Solution:
- Force close the app and restart it
- Restart your device
- Ensure you have the latest version of Ryvlo installed
- Check that your iOS is up to date
- If the issue persists, contact support with details
Data Not Saving
Solution:
- Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device
- Check that you're tapping the "Save" or "Done" button
- Verify that the app has necessary permissions in Settings
- Try restarting the app
Photos Not Uploading
Solution:
- Go to Settings → Privacy → Photos
- Ensure Ryvlo has "Read and Write" or "All Photos" access
- Try selecting the photo again
- Check that the photo file is not corrupted
Subscription Issues
Solution:
- Verify your subscription status in the App Store
- Ensure your payment method is valid and up to date
- Try restoring purchases in the app settings
- Sign out and sign back into your Apple ID
- Contact Apple Support for billing issues
Lost Data After Update
Solution:
- Check if you have an iCloud or iTunes backup from before the update
- Restore your device from that backup
- Contact support immediately if data loss occurred
Can't Create Baby Profile
Solution:
- Ensure all required fields are filled out
- Check that the date format is correct
- Try using a different photo or skip the photo initially
- Restart the app and try again

Refund Requests
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Ryvlo purchase
- Select "Report a Problem" and follow the instructions
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy and are granted at their discretion.
