Welcome to Ryvlo! This User Agreement governs your use of the Ryvlo mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using Ryvlo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Ryvlo is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Ryvlo on your personal iOS device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Ryvlo, including baby information, photos, and records. All data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
You are solely responsible for:
You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and use any photos or images you add to the app, and that such use does not violate any third-party rights.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings in the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All sales are final. Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store refund process. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

Coins are non-refundable and have no cash value. Unused coins remain in your account unless you delete the app or reset your data.
Ryvlo and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.
Ryvlo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ryvlo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the app or violation of this Agreement.
Your use of Ryvlo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Ryvlo at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the app without liability.
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Agreement in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. You should cancel any active subscriptions through the App Store before deletion.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach this Agreement or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the app shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Membership Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ryvlo regarding the use of the app and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
